Purpose of the role: To provide relevant, up-to-date STEM skills for the present and future global workforce.

Role Purpose:

  • Evolve and develop strong and efficient foundations across Client Services and Delivery functions to enable scale.
  • Managing Client Services and Delivery teams to support and deliver high quality learning:
    • Ultimate accountability for client satisfaction
    • Creating strategy for further evolution of process, planning and delivery of programmes
    • Nurturing team to high performance

Responsibilities:

  • Process workflows
  • Client/ Delivery Partner/ Employee lifecycles
  • Projects
  • Budget/ Financial Management (incl. sign off)
  • Line management/ Matrix Management
  • Stakeholder relationships - internal & external

Deliverables:

  • Operations Strategy with KPIs aligned to overall strategy.
  • Consistent, efficient, operational plans for Client Services.
  • High performance in delivery = 80% candidates completing programme on time.
  • Efficient management of annual Operations budget.
  • Monthly SLT reporting.
  • Client satisfaction (TrustPilot ratings) = 4.6+/5 rating the Performance of the Operations team.
