This is an ideal opportunity for an outstanding primary or secondary trained teacher who is ready to take the next step into Senior Leadership. The successful candidate will be passionate about raising standards, developing high-quality teaching practice, and driving whole-school improvement. The academy is seeking a motivated and forward-thinking professional who can work collaboratively with staff, pupils, and families to ensure every child receives an exceptional educational experience.
