Salary: Fringe Leadership Scale £57,137 – £63,070 per annum (dependent on experience)

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Start Date: September 2026 or earlier by agreement

This role would suit an experienced teacher ready to progress into senior leadership or an existing middle leader looking to broaden their impact across the whole school. As Assistant Head Teacher – Teaching & Learning, you will work closely with the leadership team to promote high-quality classroom practice, support curriculum innovation, and help shape the strategic direction of the academy. You will also play an active role in mentoring and developing staff, ensuring that all pupils benefit from engaging and effective teaching.

The successful Assistant Head Teacher will:
