About the Role
Based across both our Campuses, you will support the Head of Department in delivering outstanding leadership, management, and curriculum development. Your expertise will help shape an engaging learning experience that drives student success. Through exemplary teaching, learning, and assessment, you will inspire both staff and students in the following areas:
- Construction Multi-Skills
- Property Maintenance Operations
- Bricklaying
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Department in delivering outstanding leadership, management, and curriculum development.
- Shape engaging learning experiences that drive student success.
- Inspire staff and students across Construction Multi-Skills, Property Maintenance Operations, and Bricklaying.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership capabilities, industry expertise, and a passion for Further Education.
- Extensive teaching experience in Further Education (FE).
- Deep understanding of the FE sector and relevant industry skills.
- Strong Health & Safety knowledge relevant to the role.
- Exceptional communication, administration, and organisational skills.
- A recognised teaching qualification, such as DET, DTLLS, Cert Ed, or PGCE.
