EHCP Transition Co-ordinator – College – Permanent Contract – Harrow Location: Harrow Salary: £39,805 to £41,892 per annum including London Weighting Post Type: Full Time (1x post is permanent and the other is fixed term until 29th August 2025) Closing Date: Monday 20 January 2025 At Clarus Education, we are working with a College who are seeking an experienced and pro-active individual who will be responsible for the co-ordination of the Education Health and Care Needs assessment process, including the consultation and annual review of the EHCP for individual learners, and the active development of partnership working with parents, practitioners and young people. You will also be the contact point for parents, young people and SEND Caseworkers across our partner boroughs, and will organise and attend meetings where required around EHC planning and transition requirements.
