The role of 1:1 TA will involve: Being able to work under the instruction/ guidance of teaching / senior staff to undertake work Provide care for the 1:1 child as needed Deliver support programmes To work with 1:1 pupil, to enable access to learning Work may be carried out in the classroom or outside the main teaching area depending on need To assist in review meetings, planning and preparing of resources Training as needed to ensure skills and knowledge are up to date Our School Our Bromley Primary School is growing, having two forms of entry up to Year 3 and just a single class in Years 4, 5 and 6. Our school building has been extended to accommodate the progressive increase in classes as we become a fully-fledged two-form entry school. Everyone at the school works productively to provide our very best endeavours for our children so that they are leave our school with the cultural capital needed to help them on their journey in education. We provide a nurturing, purposeful and enjoyable environment where every child is valued, encouraged, challenged and motivated, enabling them to reach their full potential.
