Clarkville te Kura ki Waim ā tao is a high performing, innovative and collaborative school, 5 minutes drive from northern Christchurch and Kaiapoi.

An exciting opportunity exists for a teacher in the Year 3-8 area of our school.

We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our highly collaborative teaching team.

You will teach in either our Year 3/4, Year 5/6, or Year 7/8 learning spaces, work with one other teacher and approximately 55 ākonga.

This could be the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a change and to continue their teaching career at a high performing and supportive kura.

The successful applicant will be able to build effective relationships with ākonga and whānau and model a growth mindset.

Your knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment will ensure the best possible outcomes for ākonga in your learning space.

We have strong structured literacy, mathematics and Inquiry programmes that ensure our ākonga have the very best learning opportunities and achieve highly.
