About the role: This role will manage and grow the new Clarks Marketplace by combining brand account management, ecommerce trading, and onsite merchandising. You will focus on driving partner performance and sales, owning how products are presented onsite, and using data to optimise conversion, visibility, and customer experience. A commercial role that connects brands with onsite execution to maximise marketplace growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the commercial relationships with marketplace brands and support their performance growth.
  • Oversee onboarding, ensuring products and content meet requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, visibility, and product mix.
  • Analyse performance and make data-led recommendations on promotions, pricing, and placement.
  • Support campaigns and trading events aligned to the ecommerce calendar.
  • Use data to prioritise actions that drive conversion, revenue, and customer experience.
  • Ensure all marketplace products meet content and quality standards, manage and deliver onsite content and banners, and work cross‑functionally to ensure timely execution.
  • Continuously use data and customer insights to optimise onsite presentation and improve performance.

What You'll Bring:

  • A commercially driven and confident self‑starter with strong account management and ecommerce trading experience, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Skilled in key tools (Amplience, Akeneo, Algolia, Marketplacer, GA4), with the ability to use data to analyse performance and drive commercial decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of website optimisation and ecommerce best practice, with a track record of identifying opportunities to deliver profitable growth.
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail, able to work cross‑functionally and consistently deliver high standards.
