About the role

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximise performance and engagement.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

  • Proven management experience in a retail environment, leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
  • Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
  • Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
