As a commercial finance assistant, you’ll play a key role in building and maintaining our global pricing architecture, partnering with Product teams and Sales teams to ensure our pricing drives strong business outcomes.
- Partner with the Product team to shape pricing architectures and deliver performance reporting that supports global strategic decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate pricing across all systems, resolving queries and investigating discrepancies to keep business operations running smoothly.
- Support pricing‑related development changes, ensuring updates to price lists and global pricing structures are implemented effectively.
- Prepare monthly GFR cashflow forecasts, providing insight into key movements, risks, and opportunities.
About you:
- Experience in working within a finance environment.
- Comfortable working with PLM systems (Centric).
- An understanding of business planning, budgeting and forecasting process.
- Strong customer-focus mindset.
- Proactive communicator, highlighting risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
- Multi-tasking and prioritisation of longer-term opportunities, with short-term requests.
- Experience of working in a medium/large international business with different cultures and working within a collaborative environment.
- Experience working in a retail or consumer goods business.
- Extensive analytical experience, ability to take large amounts of complex data and quickly identify key issues and drivers, including an understanding of spreadsheets and PowerBi.
