This is a key role as we build a culture of true customer-led product design through data-driven solutions and deepen our product set. You will be providing product management and analysis work relating to business/systems requirements on an existing system for various divisions. What you will be doing:

  • Partnering with key stakeholders to define the strategy, vision, and roadmap for growing the existing product and scaling this globally.
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Manager and Tech Lead in determining and maintaining the product delivery roadmap.
  • When required, take onboard Product Owner responsibilities and drive the product forward.
  • Continuously monitor the product and platform, tracking and reviewing metrics to ensure delivery is being met.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyse information needs and functional requirements and deliver any artefacts as needed, including user stories, change requests, and screen designs.
  • Manage requirements at all stages of refinement to ensure clarity for the development team.
  • Serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team.
  • Become the subject matter expert within the products domain.
  • Effectively manage and prioritise own workload, providing regular status updates.
  • Plan and participate in system testing activity and user training.
  • Provide guidance for the completion of support documentation, including user help documentation, guides and manuals.

What we are looking for:

  • Drive and self-motivation, with the desire and commitment to succeed, deliver excellence and make positive change.
  • Relationship building, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Collaboration, able to work well with others across diverse backgrounds.
  • Resilience with the ability to persist and adapt.
  • Smart problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a curious and inquisitive mind.
  • Professional integrity and a respect for company values.

Other requirements:

  • Experience in product management, including ability to champion product and UX.
  • Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst covering the full project lifecycle.
  • A passion for crafting awesome products through continual experimentation, iteration, and optimisation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills and good attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of agile product development best practices.
  • Experience in calculation models would be a bonus.
  • Strong business sense – ability to identify and leverage features across the platform.

What can you expect from us?
