Division Overview: Offering exceptional port agency and logistics services, we provide turnkey solutions for clients in the marine and energy sectors. Established ships agents with a reputation for excellence, our specialist team provide round-the-clock vessel agency and services to the Offshore energy and dry bulk sectors.

Role Summary: To provide logistical support to clients regarding on-signing and off-signing of crew members.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Arranging flights, hotel accommodation and transport as required for crew prior to on-signing or following off-signing, clients, service engineers or any other visitors to the UK.
  • Arranging training courses for clients or crew as required.
  • To assist with visa applications and other immigration requirements.
  • Arranging medical assistance for ill/injured crew and routine medical services as required.
  • Arranging launch vessels / crew boats / helicopters for vessels that do not port call.
  • Assist other offices with crew changes, as required.
  • Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.

  • A strong administrator, with previous experience in a crew coordinator role.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, able to liaise with people at all levels.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and able to use initiative.
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • Team player, who is also able to work well independently.
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work.
  • Good IT skills (MS Office – outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience of working within a positive health and safety culture.
