About You
You\βll have over 3 years post qualified experience and looking for a fresh challenge. You will be positive, professional, have a client focused approach and a great team player.
About The Team You Will Be Joining
Our Employment Department specialise in providing advice and assistance to employers and employees on a broad range of employment matters including, employment tribunals, litigation, mediation, policies and procedures, TUPE and Settlement Agreements. We link up where required with other specialist departments in the firm in an open and welcoming environment, which encourages teamwork and co-operation.
We have a partner led approach on all matters, providing a flexible team structure which helps to develop junior members of the team and allocation of work to the right level.
What will I be doing?
You will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to clients, advising on a range of employment matters including employment tribunals, litigation, mediation, policies and procedures, TUPE and Settlement Agreements etc.
Day -to-day Responsibilities Include
Interviewing clients to take instructionsAdvising clients and discussing plans and progress and keeping them fully informed about their matterProviding relevant documentsKeeping client and matter files in good order and ensuring that all information is recorded thoroughly and accuratelyDealing with clients\β queries and problems promptly and efficiently, either face-to-face or on the telephoneComplying with quality standards set and with departmental procedures, when handling all mattersSupporting the growth of the department by being actively involved with business development
