About You
You’ll have extensive paralegal/legal assistant experience, ideally within Estate Administration. You will be positive, professional and a great team player.
About the Team You Will Be Joining
Our Estate Administration department specialises in providing advice and assistance to clients in the areas of probate and trust administration. We link up where required with other specialist departments in the firm in an open and welcoming environment, which encourages teamwork and co-operation. We have a partner‑led approach on all matters, providing a flexible team structure which helps to develop junior members of the team and allocation of work to the right level.
What Will I Be Doing?
You will be responsible for dealing with all new client enquiries, organising initial client meetings, compliance and closing files.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting fee earners with the day‑to‑day running of a large caseload.
- Liaising with clients and solicitors and reporting back on progress.
- Drafting legal documentation and producing routine correspondence.
- Updating the case management system.
