Site Manager in Kingswood

Overview

We\’re looking for a Retail Site Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of retail construction and fit-out projects. You\’ll lead on-site operations, coordinate trades, ensure H&S compliance, and drive projects to completion on time and to an exceptional standard. Additionally, you will manage day‑to‑day site activities across retail fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate site reports and communicate progress to project managers
• Deliver projects within programme timelines and budgets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail fit-outs or fast‑track construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• CSCS card (required)
• SMSTS/SSSTS, First Aid, and other relevant certifications (preferred)
• Ability to problem‑solve and maintain high standards under pressure
