We are currently working with a large civils contractor who are looking for a Site Administrator to assist and complete the following duties; – Greeting site visitors and directing them to the relevant site personnel – Collating training records for site personnel – Assisting with Quality Assurance procedures – Recording of safety documentation – Collating site records – Plant and labour records – Document control/drawing registers – General office admin duties – Working closely as part of the site team you will report directly to the Site Project Manager and Site Agents. Previous office experience on a similar project would be advantageous and the candidate must be computer literate (experience with Microsoft Office package is preferred) This is an opportunity to work within a highly-respected and long-established civil engineering company. Working hours will be Monday – Thursday 9.00am – 4.30pm, 09:00 to 14:00 on Friday but a flexible shift pattern may be considered for the right candidate. Rate of pay on application
