Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor House Builder | Glasgow Area Competitive Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Our client is a highly regarded and financially secure house builder with an excellent reputation for delivering quality residential developments across Scotland. Due to continued growth and a number of exciting new sites commencing in and around the Glasgow area, they are looking to appoint either a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected business with a strong land pipeline, a supportive management team and ambitious plans for future growth. The Role Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple residential developments from inception through to final account.
