Clarkson Owens Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading developer/contractor to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a major upcoming development in Edinburgh. This is a long-term opportunity, with the project running for up to five years, followed by further developments in the surrounding areas. The first phase will involve the delivery of a large flatted residential scheme, comprising a mix of private and social housing.
To be considered, you must have proven experience operating at Senior Project Manager or Project Director level, with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects from inception through to completion.
