Clarkson Owens Recruitment are working with a growing main contractor who are looking to expand their commercial team with a Quantity Surveyor. In this role your time will be split between the office and site. You will be commercially responsible for a refurbishment project worth around £4m. There will be support from the commercial manager when required.
