Site Manager – Retail Fit-Out Location: Kilmarnock Start Date: Immediate Start Available
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a retail fit-out project in Kilmarnock.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing retail fit-out projects is essential.
- Valid CSCS Card.
- SMSTS certification.
- First Aid at Work certificate.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage site operations safely, efficiently, and to programme.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed to a high standard.
- Ensure health & safety procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Monitor project progress and maintain programme deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and the project team.
