We are working with a Tier 1 contractor who is looking to bring on board a Health and Safety Advisor to assist with multiple projects throughout Scotland, based out of the client’s offices in Greater Glasgow. The candidate will be reporting to the Head of Health and Safety.
Duties:
- Promotion of the health and safety ethos and culture at all levels within the Company and with the client’s Subcontractors.
- Ensure working practices are safe and comply with relevant legislation.
- Review Subcontractor documentation including safe systems of works.
- Assist in the preparation of health and safety strategies and in the development of internal policies and procedures.
- Lead and deliver health and safety training sessions.
