Clarkson Owens recruitment are working with a leading specialist roofing contractor who are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to oversee flat-roofing projects across Glasgow and the West.
Duties Include:
- Manage multiple flat-roofing contracts from pre-start to handover
- Oversee project planning, site delivery, procurement and subcontractor management
- Carry out regular site visits, ensuring quality, safety and programme compliance
- Work closely with commercial and operational teams to control costs and maximise profit
- Act as main point of contact for clients, attending progress meetings and managing relationships
Requirements:
- Proven experience in flat roofing or roofing-focused contracts management
- Strong understanding of flat roofing systems (single-ply, felt, liquid etc.)
- Solid commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
