Our client, a well-established and growing main contractor, is looking to appoint an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on an ongoing contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a small, dynamic contractor delivering a range of mostly refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account.
  • Preparing and reviewing valuations, variations, and cost reports.
  • Subcontractor procurement, payments, and account management.
  • Monitoring project budgets and identifying commercial risks.
