Site Supervisor – EWI Works – Kirkintilloch Location: Kirkintilloch, Glasgow Start Date: Wednesday 14th October 2026 Duration: 3 Weeks Job Type: Freelance / Temporary Contract Job Description Clarkson Owens Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor for a 3-week contract in Kirkintilloch, overseeing External Wall Insulation (EWI) works. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day EWI works on site. Coordinate subcontractors and site operatives. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor progress and maintain quality standards. Liaise with the project management team. Conduct site briefings and toolbox talks. Requirements Previous experience supervising EWI, façade or external refurbishment works. Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification. Valid CSCS card. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and site activities independently. Contract Details Start: 14th October 2026 Duration: 3 weeks Location: Kirkintilloch Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience
