Clarkson Owens Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading developer/contractor to appoint a Senior Project Manager / Project Director for a major upcoming development in Aberdeenshire. This is a long-term opportunity, with the initial running for three years. The first phase will involve the delivery of a large-scale mixed-use development, comprising low-rise residential flats and retail complexes.
To be considered, candidates must have proven experience operating at Senior Project Manager or Project Director level, with a strong track record of successfully delivering large construction projects from inception through to completion. Ideally working in projects in the North East of Scotland.
In return, the role offers an extremely competitive salary, alongside attractive, performance-related bonuses linked to the successful completion of key project phases.
