Freelance Site Manager – Shop Fitting – Perth Start: Immediate Duration: Eight weeks Rate: To be agreed depending on experience Clarkson Owens Recruitment is looking for an experienced freelance Site Manager to oversee a shop fitting contract in Perth. You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors and ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard. Responsibilities Manage trades, subcontractors and daily site activities. Coordinate deliveries and materials to maintain progress. Monitor workmanship against drawings and specifications. Maintain health and safety standards and site records. Liaise with the project team and oversee snagging and handover. Requirements Previous Site Manager experience on shop fitting or retail fit-out projects. Strong organisational and subcontractor management skills. SMSTS, a relevant CSCS card and First Aid certification. Available to start immediately and commit to the eight-week contract.
