This organisation has a solid pipeline of work across a range of sectors including commercial, education, hospitality, and residential. Project values vary up to around £30+ million.
In this role, you will report into a commercial manager and be either fully or partly commercially responsible for a project depending on your level and the exact value.
In order to be suitable, you will ideally be a qualified QS with main contracting experience. In return, a generous salary and benefits package will be offered.
