The Opportunity An established Scottish main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple building projects across Scotland. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple projects from pre-construction to handover Lead Site Managers, Project Managers and operational teams Control programme, quality, health and safety and commercial performance Oversee procurement, subcontractors and project resources Work with commercial teams on costs, variations and profitability Maintain client relationships and report to senior management Support tender reviews and pre-construction activities Candidate Requirements Proven Contracts Manager experience in main contracting or general building Track record managing multiple building projects Experience in commercial, industrial, residential or public-sector construction Strong leadership, commercial and contractual knowledge Relevant construction qualification or equivalent experience Full UK driving licence The Package Competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience, with long-term opportunities in an established Scottish construction business.
