We are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers for a major civil engineering project based in East Lothian. This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term infrastructure project with approximately 18 months of work available for the right candidates. The client is looking for 4-6 candidates.

Candidates should be within a reasonable commuting distance, as this is a daily commute role. Immediate start available (ASAP).

You will be working as part of a large earthworks and civil engineering team, carrying out:

  • Large-scale earthworks
  • Installation of ducting
  • Drainage works
  • Construction of haul roads
  • General groundworks associated with major infrastructure projects
  • Working safely and efficiently as part of a site team

Requirements

  • Previous experience in groundworks on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
  • Experience with earthworks, drainage, ducting, and haul roads is essential
  • Valid CSCS card (or relevant certification)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
  • Own transport is preferred due to the location
