The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for quality to join our installation team. You will join a motivated and ambitious team that has an emphasis on delivering quality installations in this exciting industry. We will provide you with full training along with opportunities to progress. You will need to be comfortable working at height, willing to travel and flexible to work a range of hours.

Responsibilities
- Support the Lead PV Solar Installer in all aspects of the installation process, including laying the lead down, fitting the consoles and panels.
- Performing general labouring duties and managing deliveries to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and organise the relevant tools and equipment for the site, keeping the work area clean, tidy and free from hazards, reducing the risk of mistakes or delays.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and protocols, wearing appropriate PPE and raising concerns promptly to reduce the risk of injury and penalties.
- Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly at all times, ensuring compliance to road laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Practical experience within construction, delivery, installation or similar would be an advantage
- Full UK manual driving licence and flexibility to travel throughout the UK
- CSCS card
- You must be eligible to work in the UK
- Methodical, accurate and process focused approach to tasks
- Good problem-solving and communications skills
- You must be reliable, punctual and comfortable with early starts
- A positive attitude to health and safety.
