Responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and managing the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Overseeing daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Recruiting, training, scheduling, and developing team members to maximize performance and engagement.
- Monitoring KPIs, analysing sales reports, and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Proven management experience in a retail environment, leading a team in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
- Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Proficient with POS systems and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
