Being a great Team Leader means being a great role model. You\’ll give amazing customer service and show everyone how it\’s done. Providing first-rate support and guidance whenever it\’s needed. Helping customers, encouraging staff, keeping everything in great order – there\’s plenty to think about in our stores.

Having energy and the capacity to inspire your team to amaze customers every day is key.
