Job Location: Head office 40 High Street, Street, Somerset, BA16 0EQ. Candidates must be present at the office 4 days a week, with 1 day of home‑working.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for the UK and European business.
  • Deliver a consistent, engaging recruitment service to hiring managers, providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Drive a direct‑sourcing model using platforms such as LinkedIn to fill live vacancies and build a talent pipeline for future needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and understand department resource needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, communicating Clarks’ employer value proposition to candidates.
  • Plan and manage volume recruitment campaigns and support projects such as ATS rollouts and recruitment training.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an in‑house recruiter in a matrix organisation, partnering with HR colleagues.
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn and other platforms to attract top talent.
  • Extensive hiring experience across a range of corporate roles and levels, with retail and European recruitment experience preferred.
  • Experience designing and managing volume recruitment campaigns.
  • Experience delivering projects such as ATS rollouts and training programmes.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident, clear, and able to deliver excellent customer service.

Working Conditions

Office based at Head Office, Street, Somerset. Expectation to work in the office 4 days a week, with 1 day remote.
