Clarks is seeking a highly organised Customer Operations Coordinator for its Wholesale Operations team in a hybrid role based at Street, Somerset. You will manage orders from booking to dispatch, collaborate with our Distribution Centre and internal teams, and keep customers informed about deliveries and issues.
You will produce Excel-based reports, monitor stock and delivery problems, and support forecasting and day-to-day operations while building strong relationships with wholesale partners.
