  • Develop and own internal reporting, ensuring accurate data and insights are used to drive decisions
  • Produce and present quarterly carrier performance reviews, challenging discrepancies and driving improvement
  • Identify and onboard alternative carriers to improve cost efficiency while maintaining service levels
  • Drive a culture of accountability and performance within the transport team
  • Assess the current team structure and capability, identifying opportunities to improve or evolve
  • Support the transition and management of increased sea freight and container activity over time

  • A strong personality – able to push back, set standards, and lead with authority

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience with sea freight or container booking
  • Exposure to customs processes
  • CPC or IOSH certification (or willingness to complete)

What We’re Looking For

We’re particularly interested in candidates from fast-paced transport and logistics environments such as parcel networks, 3PLs or large retail distribution operations. You’ll ideally have a track record of delivering improvements in service, cost, or operational control.
