We just celebrated Clarks' 200-year legacy and although our brand has a fantastic history, that doesn’t mean we’re not looking to the future. In fact, we’re excited about all the new ideas and concepts our people are bringing to the company, and it's our people that make us a world-leading brand. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a passionate recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager, leading end-to-end recruitment activities for our UK and European business.
The Role
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the delivery of an effective and consistent recruitment service to hiring managers, providing a highly engaging experience for candidates. Driving a direct sourcing model, you will utilise various platforms to source candidates for live vacancies and engage with talent for future opportunities too. You will take the initiative to learn about the business and the different departments. You will be able to connect and build great relationships with hiring managers while actively seeking to understand the team's future resource needs, enabling you to provide more timely support. As a brand ambassador, you will also help candidates understand what Clarks can offer as an employer, while providing a seamless candidate experience that is both professional and authentic.
A Bit About You
A skilled recruitment professional with experience in an in-house environment. You are familiar with matrix organisations and have worked in partnership with other HR colleagues to provide a consistent experience for hiring managers. You are an expert in utilising platforms such as LinkedIn and can devise creative and cost-effective solutions to attract top candidates. Experience in hiring for a variety of corporate roles at different levels is essential. If you have experience in retail and in Europe, that would be very useful. You are a people person through and through. With a genuine passion for delivering excellent service and the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity, you thrive in supporting internal customers and achieving great results.
The role is based at head office in Street, Somerset, and the expectation is 4 days in the office and 1 day of home-working.
About Clarks

And every pair we design today uses the same ground-breaking combination of invention and craftsmanship that started it all. Progress is woven into our DNA.
