Join us as a Store Manager and you’ll use your knowledge and experience of driving sales to ensure that your team delivers an outstanding instore experience to every customer whilst maximising sales and exceeding targets. You’ll also demonstrate your strong commitment to the highest retail standards.
The Role
As a Store manager you’ll lead, motivate and develop your store team, managing their performance and enabling them to be the best they can be and grow them to be a high performing team. You will champion the brand both in and out of the store whilst inspiring those around you to do the same.
About you
You’ll already have impressive retail management experience behind you. You might not be a fashion retailer, but it’s fair to say that you know how retail works and ultimately how to drive sales.
As an inspiring people manager, you\’ll love leading and developing a team. As an advocate and promoter of customer service, your friendly and engaging team will ensure that the consumer always comes first.
