Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for the UK and European business.
- Deliver a consistent, engaging recruitment service to hiring managers, providing a positive candidate experience.
- Drive a direct‑sourcing model using platforms such as LinkedIn to fill live vacancies and build a talent pipeline for future needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and understand department resource needs.

- Plan and manage volume recruitment campaigns and support projects such as ATS rollouts and recruitment training.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an in‑house recruiter in a matrix organisation, partnering with HR colleagues.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn and other platforms to attract top talent.
- Extensive hiring experience across a range of corporate roles and levels, with retail and European recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience designing and managing volume recruitment campaigns.
- Experience delivering projects such as ATS rollouts and training programmes.
- Excellent communication skills, confident, clear, and able to deliver excellent customer service.
Working Conditions
Office based at Head Office, Street, Somerset. Expectation to work in the office 4 days a week, with 1 day remote.
