Job Overview

Supports bringing the brand to life across Instagram, TikTok and emerging social platforms. Working as part of the Marketing team to create engaging and relevant content that connects with our audience. Plans, creates and shares content, while supporting campaigns, launches and day-to-day activity across our channels. Working closely with the Global Social Media Manager and wider team, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Trends
    • Keep up to date with social media trends, formats and popular content
    • Support the creation of engaging and on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
    • Assist with filming and editing short-form video content using mobile devices
    • Contribute ideas for posts, trends and content themes
    • Help keep channels feeling fresh, relevant and engaging
  • Platform Support & Execution
    • Assist in posting and scheduling content across social media channels
    • Help write captions that are clear, engaging and in line with the brand tone
    • Support optimisation of content (e.g. using hashtags, formats and timing)
    • Work with the Social Media Manager to deliver the content plan
  • Collaboration & Teamwork
    • Work with colleagues across Marketing, PR and Brand teams to support campaigns
    • Help prepare content for product launches, collaborations and key moments
    • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure content is delivered on time
  • Learning & Development
    • Learn how to review content performance and understand what works well
    • Take on feedback and build skills in content creation and social media
    • Show curiosity by exploring new ideas, trends and formats
    • Be open to trying new approaches and developing your skills
  • Organisation & Planning
    • Help manage tasks and keep to deadlines
    • Support the creation of content calendars
    • Assist in balancing planned content with day-to-day activity
