The role
In many ways, you’ll be the face of Clarks, welcoming people into your store. You’ll build rapport with customers by asking about their preferences and providing great advice to reassure and close the sale – possibly suggesting accessories when appropriate. You’ll play an active role in every stage of the selling process. With our first-class training, including coaching, observations, and product knowledge, you’ll have what it takes to meet targets and performance standards and excel. You will also contribute to keeping the store neat and tidy and assist in the stockroom.
About you
Good with people and a team player, you love engaging with customers. You thrive on being on the shop floor, hands-on with sales. Your natural instinct helps you know when to make suggestions and when to let customers decide.
An interest in fashion and footwear is essential. As a brand ambassador, you will promote Clarks, a respected global name. Experience in a similar role is a plus, as is a flexible approach to hours.
