Clarks is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist to design, facilitate and continuously enhance engaging learning solutions across the organisation, partnering with the Global Head of Learning & Development and stakeholders across Retail, Corporate and Distribution Centre teams.
You will create impactful learning experiences that build capability, drive commerciality and improve employee experience, delivering across face-to-face, virtual and blended formats and supporting LMS.
