The Role

As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the commercial planning, strategy, execution, and reporting of all paid and organic marketing channels.

You’ll:

  • Manage budgets, performance targets, and ROI across paid and organic channels.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Analyse performance data using advanced analytics tools and recommend optimisations.
  • Leverage leading eCommerce and marketing platforms to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Take ownership of channel performance, ensuring commercial targets are met or exceeded.

A Bit About You

You’re a proactive, commercially minded digital marketer with:

  • 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing (in-house or agency).
  • Strong knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Paid Social, and SEO.
  • Experience managing third-party relationships or working within an agency environment.
  • Excellent project management and reporting skills.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
