Co-ordinate and deliver all Clarks Premium & Essentials trade marketing and product materials to support Regional or in-market sales teams in order to facilitate effective sell in.
Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of all Clarks Premium & Essentials GTM launch activities, with particular focus on producing the required trade materials.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of Clarks Premium & Essentials content required at seasonal launches e.g. brand pitch presentations across Clarks premium & essentials, sales ID direction for Conference and other trade events, including the seasonal category marketing and product GTM presentations/materials.
- Deliver showroom guidelines including graphics, ensuring that these are supplied to the regional and/or in-market sales teams on time and in full.
- Supervise the development of the package of trade PR materials to be supplied to regions for local market deployment.
- Manage external agencies/suppliers, negotiating costs and developing work in line with the brand framework.
- Coordinate analysis of the utilisation and performance of GTM materials, applying learnings to future seasonal developments.
- Responsible for regular interactions with strategic markets (e.g. via TMM, market visits etc) to aid knowledge/understanding of local needs.
- Secure and manage annual GTM marketing budgets required to facilitate effective sell-in.
- Support and/or lead Clarks Premium / Essentials marketing projects during quieter times, e.g. NFW, collaborations etc.
- Co-ordinate and manage the direction of a seasonal GTM shoot, including pre & post-production.
- Essential Knowledge:
- Educated to Diploma or Degree level
- Knowledge of UK, US and other international markets
- Knowledge of footwear or fashion/accessories markets
- Knowledge of strategic planning process
- Knowledge of marketing planning and marketing development process
- Knowledge of sales planning and selling processes
- Technical Skills:
- Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support a diverse international business
- Ability to develop trade launch marketing plans and supporting events and materials.
- Ability to design marketing planning, administrative and logistics processes to support a complex international business
- Ability to influence a remote, multi-cultural team of indirect reports
- Successful Experience:
- Successful development and implementation of consumer brand strategies and marketing plans for premium international consumer brands.
- Successful development of a full range of trade marketing plans and activities for premium UK and international consumer brands.
- Effective establishment of processes to support marketing planning and delivery across international businesses.
- Successful management and development of a remote, multi-cultural team
- Experience of supporting a Sales team in developing successful key accounts.
