To analyse and advise on UKROI ecommerce performance, enabling decision making and action to improve performance, and manage the data models and all reporting covering the assigned channel.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide data and analytics to enable the trading team to review performance and have insight into opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and manage the Conversion Rate Optimisation strategy and approach in order to facilitate a customer centric approach to conversion through rapid test and learn optimisation of all stages of the digital experience across UK ROI websites.
  • Deliver regular reporting requirements including analysis to meet the needs of the ecommerce team and provide singular view of the consumer and business drivers
  • Complete detailed analysis of data and provide summary findings for key stakeholders to summarise the findings, interpret all main points to enable understanding and decision making
  • Develop and maintain adequate systems and processes to support effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of channel performance
  • Within internal and external compliance and governance frameworks, define scope of analysis and permissible technical and methodological ways of working.
  • Maintain effective internal relationships with key stakeholders to ensure provision of analytics is aligned to requirements and effective input is provided. Liaise with counterparts across regional and group teams to ensure minimal digression.
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing or new reports and to create efficiency and reduce non-essential workload

  • NTO & GM
  • Conversion (UX/UI, site content performance from visit to A2B)
  • eCSAT

Qualifications:

  • Good analytical experience developed within a commercial environment
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to read, understand, analyze, and act on all business reports. Solid statistical and mathematical capability.
  • Exceptional levels of accuracy when working with data, and ability to critique or peer review work of Performance Analysts to enable development and ensure robustness.
  • Proficiency across multiple BI and technical platforms, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerApps, SAP Hana, IBM Digital Analytics, etc. Will be adept at aligning and mashing data across multiple sources, transforming for use by channel teams.
  • Good understanding of all channel dynamics and financial levers.
  • Excellent verbal and visual communication skills, and experience in delivering analytical training to wider audiences.
  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining analytical and reporting solutions
  • Experience of working in cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams. Experience of agile delivery ideal.
