About the role: We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate for 8 hours per week to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. You will be responsible for effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models and supporting the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house. Must be available Monday to Sunday to cover store operational hours.
We're looking for someone who will:
- Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers' experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
- Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by the store Management team.
- Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
Follow cash and stock security procedures.
