About the role:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop team members to maximize performance and engagement.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze sales reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
We're looking for someone with:
