The role of Sweaty Betty's team members is to bring their contagious passion to work every day, ensuring an amazing experience for every customer they meet. From the moment customers enter the store to when they leave, you will be responsible for making sure they have an exceptional experience. Whether that’s helping them pick a new pair of shoes or styling an outfit, your core responsibility is to ensure our consumers enjoy their time with us in store.
We are looking for a Part Time Store Assistant for our Clarks Village outlet store on an 8 hour contract.
Key Responsibilities- Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
- Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
- Interacting with our wonderful customers and educating them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
- Maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
- Being responsible for cash management and adhering to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
- Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
- Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
