The role
We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Guest Safety Officer to join our team. This role is key to ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment for guests, Brand Partners, visitors and colleagues while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires a shift pattern of 4 days on, 4 off and includes working days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
Our ideal candidate will be professional, approachable and committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment. You will be a team player with excellent customer service skills, high standard of personal hygiene, and the ability to confidently deal with a wide range of situations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a visible security presence across the centre.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, retailers and contractors.
- Conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents, emergencies and welfare concerns.
- Assist with accident reporting, incident management and first aid response (where trained).
- Support emergency procedures, including fire alarm activations and evacuations.
- Monitor and operate security systems, including CCTV and radio communications.
- Liaise with Brand Partners, emergency services and external agencies when required.
- Maintain accurate records, logs and reports.
- Follow all company policies, procedures and Health & Safety requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
ABOUT YOU
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
- Previous experience in a security, customer service or retail environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Flexible, reliable and able to work a rotating shift pattern.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- First Aid and IOSH qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
