Key Responsibilities

  • Team Support: Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and maintain store standards.
  • Customer Service: Offer friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers, helping them find the perfect cards and gifts for every occasion.
  • Stock Management: Assist in inventory control, stock replenishment, and ensuring the store is always well‑stocked with high‑quality products.
  • Visual Merchandising: Help create attractive displays and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Operational Duties: Assist with opening and closing the store, cash handling, and maintaining store organization and cleanliness.
  • Sales Performance: Support the team in achieving sales targets, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and support the store in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous retail experience, ideally in a card, gift, or similar retail environment.
