About the role:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store whilst delivering set targets and KPIs. Responsibilities include:
- Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models.
- Supporting the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house.
- Consistently delivering a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
- Supporting the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by the store Management team.
- Maintaining the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards.
- Following cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards and replenishing as required.
Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, with flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
